Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including security checks and alarm systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
