Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Handle package sorting, picking, packing, and loading with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve minor operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift supervisor to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
