Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage store operations during weekend shifts to ensure high productivity and customer service standards.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and schedule part-time staff members to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store environment is visually appealing and organized.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotional events and sales strategies for the weekend period.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or team leadership is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
