Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer general inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and minor customer complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education required; we train you.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
