Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations: Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely and correctly use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
