Responsibilities
- Monitor site security, traffic flow, and crowd control during events and shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in high-traffic areas.
- Perform inventory checks and asset management as required by the shift lead.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event logistics and temporary structures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site status.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington DC location.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
