Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure inventory is readily available.
- Handle cash transactions with high accuracy and responsibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Tampa location.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use computer terminals or cash registers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new company policies and procedures.
