Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and productivity.
- Check inventory against packing lists to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) after basic training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
