Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision and efficiency to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations and equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional support and communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
