Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves efficiently during shift hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with tablets or handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
