Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal shelf levels.
- Assist in loading and unloading merchandise trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse and sales floor are clean, organized, and meet safety standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
