Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
