Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure high product availability.
- Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Process returns and handle cash transactions with strict precision and care.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
