Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery targets.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor and storage zones.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
