Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes during weekend shifts
- Oversee weekend staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Current Texas nursing license or medical assistant certification

- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
