Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient assistance during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm or 12-hour shifts)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen clearance required
