Responsibilities
- Delicate direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments following safety protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification mandatory
