Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with 12-hour rotations
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer prescribed treatments accurately
- Document medical records using electronic health systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education sessions
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Florida (or compact state license)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong documentation skills with EHR proficiency
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
