Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and track product movements across distribution centers
- Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Lead weekend shift teams of 3-5 associates with clear delegation
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory management
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends with fixed weekday availability
