Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed professional.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CNA, CMA, or RN license preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
