Responsibilities
- Perform routine assembly and packaging tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Complete necessary documentation and inventory logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
