- Restock shelves and maintain visual displays to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and organized.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
