Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education and support to weekend visitors and families
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education sessions
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical experience in weekend shift environments
- Current state healthcare certification/license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of electronic health record systems
- Flexibility to work alternating weekend schedules
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
