Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction scores.

- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
