Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels (in-person, phone, email)
- Manage client inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain service excellence standards
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation
- Support facility operations during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability exclusively for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
