- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and presentation excellence
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through product knowledge and upselling
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday and Sunday)
