Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing sales floor displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
