Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the sales floor remains organized, clean, and stocked.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
