Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and assignments
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Train and onboard new weekend team members
- Manage inventory and supply logistics for weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of supervisory or coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Basic computer proficiency with scheduling software
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for site visits)
