Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and product selection in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using standard POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or needs to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during every shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Willingness to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
