Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory through stock rotation and replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-10pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
