Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily performance and sales goals.
- Handle cash deposits and secure financial transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Wichita location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
