Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including stocking, organizing, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the management team.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are released to the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
