Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Participate in weekend training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) reliably
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
