Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product details, and store policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and quick transactions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
