Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational workflows to ensure seamless service delivery on weekends.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and quality control checks.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our proprietary management software.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure the workspace adheres to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to align on weekly goals and performance metrics.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
