Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all returns and exchanges are handled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the store.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during high-traffic weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
