Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend shopping hours (Saturdays 9AM-9PM, Sundays 10AM-7PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS records
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
