Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations and inventory stocking procedures efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
