- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests during weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
