Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and transport materials to storage areas using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Needed: We train all new hires on the job. A willingness to learn is the only requirement.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
