Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Point of Sale: Accurately operate cash registers, process transactions, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Follow standard operating procedures to open and close the store, including setting up displays and securing the premises.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, check for discrepancies, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve daily goals and maintain high store standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills are a plus.
- Attitude: Must demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
