Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Operate standard retail equipment, including scanners and registers, with high accuracy.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to all security and cash-handling protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt to fast-paced environments, and work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are a plus.
