Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate scanning systems and handheld devices to track inventory levels and update the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
