Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process returns efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
