Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal supply chain flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
