Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend patrons across food, beverage, and event operations
- Prepare and serve quality food/beverage items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, and restrooms
- Process cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend event coverage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must pass background check and provide valid work authorization
