Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in back-room storage areas efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adherence to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
