Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and seasonal stock rotations.
- Maintain the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas to company standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer and math skills for transaction processing.
