Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock merchandise and maintain attractive, organized store displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist with inventory management and logistics as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
